Job Description:
The Senior Demand Generation Manager, Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, attract new customers, and nurture existing leads throughout the customer journey. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
o Develop messaging & positioning informed by product capabilities, customer value, and differentiation targeting identified ideal customers.
o Product launch – lead the efforts, working in conjunction with product management, to launch new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
o Content generation – Create and plan product marketing collateral including videos, blogs, datasheets, white papers, presentations, web, etc.
o Sales enablement – build compelling sales enablement material required to communicate the core value proposition.
o Market intelligence – be the expert on who is buying, how they buy, and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition and how to successfully position for the win.
o Partner to drive awareness and demand generation campaign strategies that provide marketing teams with the plan required to execute marketing activities.
o Present at industry events, contributing articles, and other product-related outbound marketing activities.
o Website, Blog – drive updates for the website and develop blog topics and calendar.
o Demos – drive updates for the website and develop blog topics and calendar.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:

o 7+ years of enterprise software product marketing experience.
o Expertise in developing strongly differentiated product positioning and messaging.
o Experience with cloud-delivered enterprise security products such as SIEM, SOAR, and/or Threat Intelligence.o Understanding on machine learning and AI concepts as it applies to security.
o Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
o Technical acumen and experience with enterprise security products are highly valuable.
o Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
o Comfortable with a fast-paced environmento Demonstrates creative energy in message delivery.o Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about winning.
o Team oriented

o This is a hybrid position at our Redwood City, CA office location.

Compensation Transparency
$180,000 - $210,000 USD
Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for benefits, bonus and equity.
