✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring all facility projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget
- Develop department and project budgets, track vendor funding, and prepare reports
- Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department files
- Assist in monitoring and assessing vendor performance and providing facilities helpdesk services
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with projects architects, engineers, and contractors
- Experience in facilities, construction, or design industry with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Facility Management Software, and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
