- The Product Operations Manager will support the company's product development teams by executing complex, cross-functional product operations to enable core technologies and functionality critical to the business
- Responsibilities include coordinating product launches, managing user feedback, and presenting findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams
- The role involves building and maintaining critical systems that automate product operations, managing operational cadence for the Product organization, and identifying change management opportunities to increase program velocity
- The Product Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end activities for product development initiatives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined
- The role requires experience in managing product launch processes across cross-functional teams and driving innovation in privacy and security features
- Experience in program management, product operations, or equivalent field with a track record of successfully working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on prioritization based on business objectives
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, including managing execution, backlogs, and program plans
- Ability to consult with and influence key stakeholders, contributing to initiatives and processes within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
