✨ About The Role
- The Human Resources Program Manager will work closely with the Head of People and the People Leadership team to implement and manage critical HR projects and initiatives
- Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operation of the People Department, leading projects to enhance department effectiveness, and driving alignment across various People team pillars
- The role involves preparing and executing communications for internal and external stakeholders, developing and analyzing metrics related to HR plans, and acting as a subject matter expert in designing programs and solutions for employees
- Desired qualifications include experience in management consulting, knowledge of HR laws and best practices, and PMP certification
- Compensation for this position includes a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with a target base pay range of $110,600 - $178,200 per year
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced individual with at least 5 years in project management, program management, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth company or startup environment
- Strong ability to independently resolve escalated issues efficiently and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, with intermediate to advanced skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft company-wide notifications
