- The Hardware Lab Technician will be responsible for building, testing, and troubleshooting wire harness assemblies according to aerospace standards
- The role involves operating lab test equipment, interpreting circuit schematics, and collaborating with hardware and software engineers for integration and testing activities
- The technician will also be responsible for maintaining hardware and software configuration records for all lab assets and equipment calibration logs
- Additionally, the role includes supporting integration, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems, and participating in ground and flight testing

- Experienced individual with a background in aviation or robotics, comfortable working in a lab setting, and excited about bringing autonomous flight technology to life
- Skilled in building, testing, and troubleshooting wire harness assemblies according to aerospace standards
- Proficient in operating lab test equipment and interpreting circuit schematics and wire harness diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with hardware and software engineers for integration and testing activities
- Comfortable with manual operations involving fine pitch wires, connectors, and devices, and able to lift up to 50 pounds
