We are inviting talented college students to apply to our 2024 Summer Internship Program. Selected candidates will work alongside Numerica scientists to bring advanced capabilities to our innovative product lines.
Successful candidates will be able to perform the duties and responsibilities described below:
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
At the end of the program, interns will be asked to write a report and present a summary of their work. Preference will be given to junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Due to the nature of the work performed at Numerica, all applicants must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance. At a minimum, this requires that a candidate be a U.S. citizen with a personal history indicating trustworthiness, reliability, and sound judgment (e.g., clean criminal record, no use of illegal drugs, etc.).

- Coursework in differential equations, numerical analysis, basic computer science courses.
- Familiarity with Newtonian physics
- Experience in Python
- Familiarity with interpolations and function approximation techniques
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
