- The Senior Operations Manager will build operational and supply chain processes to increase the maturity of the Operations Organization at Radiant - Responsibilities include analyzing production options, developing requirement lists for the production facility, and translating regulatory requirements into actionable work plans - The role involves managing the design and construction timeline, regulatory support, and risk management for the production facility - The ideal candidate will work towards mass producing commercial microreactor units and contribute to the production planning team - This position requires a proactive individual who can turn challenging problems into actionable priorities and consistently move project work forward in an ambiguous setting
- Experienced professional with a background in supply chain management, business administration, or engineering - Skilled in analyzing production options, developing requirement lists, and translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans - Ability to manage architects and general contractors, gather input from senior stakeholders, and lead long-term projects - Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing principles, best practices, and industry trends - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
