✨ About The Role
- The Administrative Assistant Intern will assist with all administrative needs of the Office of the CEO at REGENT.
- Responsibilities include visitor planning assistance, coordination and management of events, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- The intern will be expected to perform accurate and efficient data entry and provide effective project management support.
- The role involves facilitating travel arrangements and providing comprehensive conference planning services.
- The intern will be responsible for streamlining staff communications and handling miscellaneous errands and ad hoc tasks.
- The position is on-site in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges.
- The intern will work collaboratively across disciplines to support the development of zero-emission, high-speed seagliders.
