- The position requires a U.S. Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance, and the successful candidate will play a key role in transforming the United States Government through innovative design solutions
- Experienced product designer with 6-10 years in product design, UX, or related field, preferably with a focus on high-speed security and risk management
- Comfortable working in an agile design environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead product design from research through implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with clients or stakeholders in a consulting role
- Curious and keen learner who thrives on enhancing practices and knowledge, with a deep understanding of designing applications
- Active member of the design community, with experience in user research methodologies and facilitating discussions on design best practices
